September 2013 - September 2014 | LondonSeconded to Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games as the Overlay Manager responsible for the construction of the Commonwealth Games Athlete’s Village and Satellite Venues. Over £10million of temporary installation works including £1.2million temporary hospital and £1.7million temporary Main Dining Hall and kitchens. The largest build of the Games. Accommodating 6,500 athletes and 800 workforce.

Managing multiple consultants and contractors with detailed dependencies and strict penalty clauses.
